Chris C
If using firefox make sure its closed before running CCleaner (including the 'processes' in 'Task manager') Thanks for the reply but I am not running FireFox. I am running Zone Alarm and AVG.... are these any problem. I updated my C Cleaner and this new problem of not deleting the history started. Fireryone is suggesting that you make sure your browser (probably Internet Explorer) is closed before running CCleaner. If your browser windows are closed, then open your task manager and see if the iexplore.exe process is running. If that process is running then end that process and try running CCleaner again to see if that works. good luck Windows Pro Media 8.1 x64 | 8GB Ram | 500G HDD 7200 RPM | All that I know about my graphics is that it's Intel
