If you're using WinXP, start in safe mode by tapping F8 when you turn on you computer till a menu comes up with safe mode on it. Use the arrow keys to select it then press enter. It will the startup in safe mode (it looks crappy but don't worry thats normal). When the desktop comes up select and run CCleaner as normal. While you're there run disk defrag as you'll get a far better defrag in safe mode Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
