Bobshep Posted June 20 Share Posted June 20 Hi, Last month when I installed ccleaner version 24 on my Windows 11 device, I click run cleaner and it took me to a screen that gives the option to purchase the pro version. I click the X at top, then on the next screen, I choose no thanks. However, CCleaner did the same all over again. I downloaded version 6.25 hoping that the issue would resolve, but it did not. Why is ccleaner being tagged as free, but does not work? I have used ccleaner for years, and never had a problem until now. Is this a known issue that needs to be resolved, or a marketing method that needs cleaned itself? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
