"Cash Back Claim" Require For 2 Yr Subscription Renewal For The Price Of 1 year.

I just received a renewal offer for 2 years for the price of 1 year "when you claim cash back". This doesn't appeal to me at all because it's a condition that blatantly hopes some people will not claim the cash back. That's not what I expect from a respectable company such as CCleaner. Possibly the marketing manager should think about this while I do the same.

Whilst I agree with your sentiments on the 'cashback' offer unfortunately you have chosen a username that breaches the forum rules/guidelines #3, which can be found on the menubar.

Only staff members are permitted to use the words CCleaner, Piriform, etc. as part of their username - in fact they have to so that staff can be easily identified.

Even us moderators don't use them, because we are trusted users and not employees.
