That message is inaccurate - it actually means that a required server cannot be reached for some reason.

That could be s temporary problem at the server, but if you are seeing it all the time (for days/weeks) then it's probably something blocking your access to that server.

The usual suspects are your antivirus or firewall.

Can you tell us which antivirus you are using, and if it isn't Windows Defender then what version it is.

Also what version of Windows you have may help.
