bandit12345
When I run CCleaner with Cookies enabled, it causes a performance issue with Microsoft Edge. In Edge, opening a new tab causes an privacy agreement pop-up to occur, this agreement is saved as a cookie, so each time CCleaner is run, that particular cookie is wiped causing the message to reappear. I would very much like to know if anyone knows "What" specific cookie can be added to CCleaner's Exclude list.
bandit12345
Thank you "TairikuOkami" from TenForums at https://www.tenforums.com/ That did the trick! Although I didn't find ntp.msn.com, I did find these: assets.msn.com (cookie to keep icons for pinned URLs) and msn.com (cookie to keep MS Edge's preferences). I have successfully added these to CCleaner's Exemption list and the problem is solved!
