DO NOT REFUND THE ORDER

My subscription fee was charged on Dec.1st, even though the subscription doesn't renew until Jan. 1st.

It bounced because there is nothing on that credit card.

So I complained in the email that it shouldn't be charging a month in advance.

I got a reply about the "reasons" for it, disregarding my clear command not to charge my card a month in advance.

 

Later the system charged it again and the payment went through.  Fine, I just let it go.  You people want to be arrogant like that?  Fine.  It's not worth fighting about.

Then I got another reply with more nonsense, and asking me if I want to refund the order.

I was crystal clear on saying NOT TO REFUND THE ORDER.

 

And then what happened?  I got another email stating the order was refunded.  YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME WITH THIS!

Read the following very slowly.  Read it twice if you have to.  Yes, I am confident that I'm communicating in BASIC ENGLISH

ORDER

 

Is that clear?  (This is some terrible customer service)

I don't know what your customer service department is smoking, but THEY NEED TO FIND A NEW JOB!
