REFUND - SUPPORT EMAIL IS NOT RESPONDING TO ANY EMAILS SENT!!!

I have been trying to get a refund due to subscription being taken when this product was registered to a closed email account from the past, I did email support and got an answer once asking for more details which i sent but since have not got any response despite emailing every day, this has now left me defaulting on other things from my bank account. i will paste the details of emails below. Please could support reply urgently to this.

May I ask if what  please let me know which of those 3 email address you wanted to use as your primary email? 

In addition I would also like to let you know that a refund is possible on this recent transaction as it is still covered by our money back guarantee.
 
Maybe, May we know the reason why you don't want to renew the subscription?, Are there any specific concerns or issues with our software?,

Hi. Thanks for reply and the help. This is my primary email please. I like the product but it's just a cost I can't afford just before Xmas. I will be restarting it in January as love that it updates drivers as well. If ok to ask, when without be able to send a refund? Very best regards
