Kamo & Cloudflare Issue

Recommended Posts

I have a vendor that I occasionally need to visit their website but cannot get to them whenever I'm using Kamo. This vendor (URL removed) uses Cloudflare to protect themselves from DoS attacks. Cloudflare tries to verify the connection but never succeeds. I have to quit Kamo in order to visit the {removed} website. Is there someway to get to my vendor without having to quit Kamo?

I believe that the Cloudfare DDoS check needs javascript to function.

So if the check has been enabled on a website then any security application that you have which blocks javascript will prevent the Cloudfare check from completing sucessfully.

You could try Whitelisting that particular website in Kamo by adding it to Allowed Websites.

But TBH the CloudFlare DDoS check is website security - so it is not meant to be easy to get around it.
