bsr68
When searching for duplicate files, at the end of the search, is it possible to select files by size, date or name? like on Windows Explorer for example. Moderators nukecad Posted October 6, 2023 Moderators Share Posted October 6, 2023 You would have to select those options before searching. But also note that the Duplicate Finder will not auto-select files for you to delete - you have to select each one yourself. That is deliberate and is to guard against someone automatically deleting a lot of files by mistake. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? bsr68
I select the search by size but when the search is finished, I want to sort from the largest file to the smallest. this is where sorting does not happen. Moderators nukecad Posted October 7, 2023 Moderators Share Posted October 7, 2023 Sorry but there is no such sorting option in the results list. It is a good idea though and so I will move this thread into the 'CCleaner Suggestions' thread where it will be seen by the developers and considered for adding to to the Duplicate Finder. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'?
