Accessing OneDrive settings

Hello everyone,

After a custom cleaning, with the OneDrive option checked, I no longer have access to the OneDrive settings (see screen print below).
The wheel turns in a loop...

Thanks in advance.

CCleaner: 6.16 up to date

Merci d'avance.

CCleaner : 6.16 à jour
OS : Windows 11

I have the same problem with my personal and professional OneDrive.

I just formatted the PC. After configuring One Drive, everything is OK.
I run a Ccleane cleaning, with the option checked and the problem of accessing the parameters returns.
Thank you for your help.

Have you perhaps used/set CCleaner's Perfomance Optimizer to put OneDrive to sleep?

Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? See this link:

Not having had much response to my request, I tested a solution which worked:
- I created a second session, on which I activated OneDrive.
- I then copied the entire directory C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive from the new session, to the old session.
-> I regained normal operation and access to OneDrive settings. Obviously, I unchecked OneDrive from Ccleaner while waiting.
