Help Button not working - cannot report faulty driver driver update

For days now, pressing the HELP button from within CCleaner leads to a page "500 -  Sorry we're having a few issues at the moment". So I cannot report the fact that for days now, on 3 machines (1 Windows 10 and 2 Windows 11)  CCleaner suggest an update to "PCI Express Root Complex 10.0.19041.3271". On all machines, this update fails.

500 is a server error, something needs to be fixed at the server.

We are aware that there are problems with the documentation and help pages, and have flagged it up to the staff.

In the meantime I suggest that you use the 'Pause Updates' for that particular driver, as shown in your screenshot above.
