colinalston Posted March 31, 2023 Share Posted March 31, 2023 I had to reinstall Windows 11 and Ccleaner for which I have an active licence. I cannot activate the licence in the program, and I cannot get a response from CCleaner as the email request link does not work either. rickb Posted March 31, 2023 Share Posted March 31, 2023 every time I use cleaner on the MAC it states I have a trial even though I have annual subscription.
