If I use a private connection I cannot log in to Colnect and I will not receive any emails on Thinderbird from time to time. On KAMO when I set out a private connection, everything works again! What can I do to solve this

That may be intentional on the part of these services; they may be designed to block connections via VPN or similar software. This is especially common with email services (in an attempt to cut down on the ability to send spam), though more often in regards to sending email than receiving it.
