redpillsucks
I just recently updated CCleaner and noticed that a lot of the clean options are no longer available. In addition, it didn't seem to clean the recent items list for either finder or applications recently used. Is there some new setting that I must use? I've got a Mac mini with 12.0.1 on it. Moderators nukecad Posted January 24, 2022 Moderators Share Posted January 24, 2022 If you have updated to CCleaner for Mac version 2.# then the user interface has changed, and some things have moved from where they were found with v1.#. See this thread: *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? redpillsucks
It doesn't seem like the scan and clean function removes the Recent Items list when scanning the system cache and application logs. I know that I can go to the menu to clear it but I want the files associated with the applications most recently used list to be deleted.
redereds
I think the user interface has changed, so that's why the options are no longer available.
