Joseph Yount
I am using CC Cleaner Professional on a Dell laptop with Google Chrome as my main browser. Lately I have noticed I am getting a lot of trackers that don't want to go away. I took some scree shots of the issue just a few minutes ago. Hope someone can give me some advice short of burning the laptop! CC CLEANER.docx
Moderators nukecad Posted October 28, 2021 Moderators Share Posted October 28, 2021 It's not something to worry about. You will always see some 'Trackers' (actually cookies and browsing history) to remove, it's just the way that computers work. If you keep getting a lot that come back even when you haven't been browsing much then you probably have your browser synced and the syncing is putting them back. For a more detailed explanation of what 'trackers' are and why some of them, and some other fies, always come back after cleaning - and how you can prevent some of it - see this: *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'?
