Issue with Microsoft casual games?

This has happened twice. After running the Health Check on CCleaner Pro, I tried to run Microsoft Solitaire (with ads). The ads won't run, I can't play the games and the computer locks up. This first occurred with my wife logging on with her username, so I had her play her Solitaire games by logging on to my admin account. This worked until immediately after I ran the Health Check while logged in to my admin account now neither login will run Microsoft Solitaire. Does anyone know if MicrosoftCasualGames requires one or more cookies that may have been deleted during the cleaning process. This has never been an issue before it just started 2 days ago.

It can be a know issue that Microsoft Casual Games freeezes.
Often it will be due to a 'broken' advert or 'broken' advertising link.

Try disconnecting from the net and playing the games offline (until the particular ad is fixed) so that it doesn't try to show any ads.
