whiteyhair Posted August 4, 2021 Share Posted August 4, 2021 I have just purchased CCleaner Pro, and it will not let me register my name, keeps coming up saying it is not the name associated with licence number, I have even copied and pasted and still not letting me register. It needs to be exactly the same name/spelling that you registered - and it has been occasionally known for people to make typos with their own name when registering. If you are still having problems then email support on support@ccleaner.com and they should be able to sort things out for you. It's best if you use the same email address that you used when registering so that they can easily look up your registration, (or at least let them know what that email address was). *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'?
