Moderators nukecad Posted March 25, 2021 Moderators Share Posted March 25, 2021 If you open CCleaner and click on 'Check for Updates' you should see this: Click on 'Update Now' and it will update itself. (at no cost). *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? When you klick on "search for update" for the first time everything is Ok, but when you click on search for update again only two or three seconds later you get the message saying that ccleaner could not be updated and that you have to buy or register again. This bug exists since several versions of ccleaner. The bug doesn´t occur when you wait - let´s say - about 10 seconds after the first search. Moderators nukecad Posted March 25, 2021 Moderators Share Posted March 25, 2021 Ah, I see what you mean and can also reproduce it. (It could also explain a couple of other posts made today). I'll flag it up to the staff. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning?
