Now HD shows 5% fragmented! Great job on fragmenting Windows 10's latest version! Now HD shows 5% fragmented! That can happen depending on if you are using Defraggler to 'Consolidate' files or to 'Defragment' files (or both). Consolidating files (to pack them tighter on the disc) will actually fragment some of the files, it has to to get the best packing. By default Defraggler does some of both, but you can make it do either/or depending on how you use Defraggler.
