PROBLEM RUNNING "ISSUES"

OIL

Recommended Posts

JUST UPDATED TO LATEST CC VER 1.31.325

WHEN UTILIZING THE "ISSUES" OPTION THE PROGRAM FREEZES AT 33%

THEN STARTS UP AGAIN AFTER SOME MINUTES AND GOES TO 99%

AGAIN SOME MINUTES MORE IT SHOWS 100%

THE MESSAGE TO "FIX ISSUES" DOES NOT APPEAR

AND THE PROGRAM DOES "NOT RESPOND"

IT RAN FINE WITH THE PREVIOUS VER SO I REMOVED THE NEW AND

RE-DOWNLOADED 1.31.310 AND NOW HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

ANY HELP WILL BE MOST APPRECIATED.

THANKS

PAUL

ANY HELP WILL BE MOST APPRECIATED.

Those who seek help should ask politely and not in caps ("screaming"). Silence must be heard ;).

I guess you will only get help if you post which Operating System you use, do you have all Service Packs (Automatic Updates for Windows) installed ?

You perhaps should check if you have all neccassary DLLs and check if this helps http://forum.ccleaner.com/index.php?showtopic=1192

I'd like to add that before you install the MS VB 6 Runtime files that you:

1. Uninstall CCleaner.

2. Install the MS VB 6 Runtime files, and immediately reboot after doing so.

3. Install CCleaner.
