Like most (all?) Chromium-based browsers, this is not a feature of CCleaner Browser. This includes Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, and so on.

The Pale Moon browser that Arby mentioned is instead a Firefox-based browser, and as such does include this feature, as Firefox has not yet depreciated this function.

The items you're looking for should be available in the Menu button near the top-right side of the browser; if not, would you be kind enough to let us know specifically what functionality you're looking for so I can bring that feedback to our development team?

You may also be able to install an extension from the Chrome Web Store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions to add the functionality you're looking for.
