Failed to Save Key File

I have given the program full access to the Files & Folders on my Mac and I can't seem to get the license activation to work. I have redownloaded, reinstalled and even restarted my computer at this point. Nothing works. Any help? If not, I'd like a refund because I can't even use the features I purchased.

You will need to contact support to get licencing issues resolved, it's not something that we can do on the forum.

Alternatively you can email your support question to: support@ccleaner.com

In the meantime I have flagged your problem to the Piriform staff.
