SMalik
You have some of the Cortana cache files and cookies under Microsoft Edge - Internet Cache and Microsoft Edge - Cookies. These files and cookies should be under the Cortana entry.
Moderators nukecad Posted April 23, 2020 Moderators Share Posted April 23, 2020 I've moved this as requested, but I'm not sure that it is a bug, If that is where Cortana is putting the files and cookies then that is where CCleaner will clean them from. Many Microsoft apps use IE/Edge temporary directories to store their own temporary files. They are just convinient, already existing, temporary directories for them to use rather than creating their own temporary directories. Note that there are major changes to Cortana in the next Wind 10 upgrade due next month, it's being moved into Microsoft 365 apps, so no doubt things will change with the storage too. The new Cortana will be focused more on business rather than home use.https://www.techradar.com/uk/news/microsoft-is-making-big-changes-to-cortana-and-home-users-will-lose-out *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'?
