Jace Posted June 2, 2006 Share Posted June 2, 2006 When I installed Ccleaner long ago, I selected just the install options to add shortcuts to the Recycle Bin and "Check for updates". That is, I unchecked the options to "Add Shortcuts" and "Yahoo Toolbar". But every time I install newer versions of CCleaner, the installer checks off ALL the options by default. I'd prefer if it respected the prior choices I made when installing newer versions. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However in order for it to install with your selections from a previous version it would have to create an installer.ini file or something along those lines like Winamp 5 now does for the setup .exe file to read.
