JudyM Posted November 13, 2018 Share Posted November 13, 2018 Hello - I upgraded to the latest CCleaner and ran it, but now I cannot login to Bluehost or click any links on the godaddy.com homepage. What can I do to troubleshoot and restore the missing files? I did a system restore to a point prior to the CCleaner update, but that did not work. I have tried to access the sites in both Chrome and Firefox, which are both updated to the latest versions, as far as I can tell. Thanks for any suggestions! Moderators Andavari Posted November 14, 2018 Moderators Share Posted November 14, 2018 It probably deleted the cookies, which is why if you have sites you wish to remain logged into you need to configure the Cookies to Keep list.
