Different wallpapers AM/PM

I was looking into a question about changing wallpapers on another forum and came across this-

It lets you set various triggers to change your wallpaper depending on the time or on certain actions.

You can set multiple events to change your wallpaper.

So for example you could have different wallpapers for morning/afternoon/evening/night.

I have just installed it on Windows 10 v1703, and its working fine.

Note- The installer says it puts a shortcut in the start menu; it didn't on my Windows 10.
I simply moved the downloaded ".exe" file to C:\Programe Files (x86) and created a desktop shortcut.
