lauraaa
Hello, I'm having a similar issue. I'm trying to recover files from a SD card and during the scan it says that 611 files have been found but after none are listed. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? I've tried changing the filters but still can't seem to see the found files
Moderators Augeas Posted May 26, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 26, 2016 The total number of files found includes all files, live and deleted. If you remove any filters then all deleted files will be shown.
lauraaa
Ah ok, on second look it is finding 611 files but ignoring all of them. Does this mean they are unrecoverable? I've tried ticking all the boxes to show zero size files etc . Thanks for your help.
Moderators Augeas Posted May 27, 2016 Moderators Share Posted May 27, 2016 Check Scan for non-deleted files, you should then see everything.
