sandlbrooks
I ran my ccleaner this morning, all was fine. I then went to the 'registry' tab & clicked on 'scan for issues'. The list is quite long. I saved the report to a text file. I honestly have no idea what I should do here. It has a tab that says "fix selected issues". I don't know if I should click the tab and/or what boxes need to be checked or unchecked so I don't break anything. I would greatly appreciate any help with this. I can even send the file if you're interested. Thank You & God Bless
kroozer
moderator Nergal's advice: DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Moderators Andavari Posted November 30, 2014 Moderators Share Posted November 30, 2014 And if you decide to "fix" the issues make a System Restore Point beforehand, so you can very easily undo any changes.
