jessegirl101
I have had Ccleaner since 2011 & ran it manually. Recently I installed a trial version of CClearner to see if I want to buy or not. I am unable to use it, I get registry errors and can not open. I went to programs to uninstall and the progress frreezes after a few minures. I have left it running for hours and had to manually shut it down. As of now I am unable to run the program or uninstall. I am running Vista Home Premium on a Sony Vio laptop. Any information as to how fix my problem will be most appreciated. Thanks, Jessegirl101
Moderators Nergal Posted November 11, 2014 Moderators Share Posted November 11, 2014 There is no trial version, to my knowledge. There is a free version, but not a trial. What registry errors do you mean you get. What cannot open? Did you get ccleaner from piriform.com? ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
