Will0401 Posted October 4, 2014 Share Posted October 4, 2014 Windows 10 came out not too long ago. CCleaner displays my operating system as "MS Windows 8.1 Pro Preview 64-bit". I expected this to be incorrect, but I just wanted to put this out there to the developers and such people. I doubt this is possible, but is there any way to force CCleaner to display something like, "MS Windows 10 Preview 64-bit"? If there isn't don't worry about it. The developers of ccleaner get betas at the same time as anyone else. If there's only a bit of tweaking needed then perhaps it will support win 10 before RTM but that should be considered only the slightest of chances. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
