Advanced tab: cookies to save or clean

When I checked the "cookies" in the advanced section, it showed that cookies from google.com and yahoo.com were being saved, in addition to piriform.com.   Is it safe for me to delete the google and yahoo cookies? I did not ever choose to have them saved and don't know how they were entered there.

Did you tell ccleaner to run "intelligent cookies scan"

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

I do not see anything that allows me to "run intelligent cookies scan." I clicked on the options button, then "cookies." Two boxes appeared in which you could transfer things between boxes labeled "cookies on computer" and "cookies to keep." I don't know what to do.
