footballmouse Posted January 31, 2014 Share Posted January 31, 2014 I had this issue...and had a solution from Piriform support. The issue was a corrupted "putil.exe" which is apparently an Apple utility. I uninstalled iTunes and Apple Application support. Then reinstalled iTunes. This fixed the issue for me.
