KBT42, have you used any EZ apps at all, or been on their website, or done anything that could possibly add EZ Antivirus to your registry?

 

If I was you, I would go to Start > Run... and enter in regedit. Then hit Ctrl+F and do a search for EZ or EZ Antivirus, or something along those lines, and see if you can locate anything that doesn't belong, and manually remove it. This may fix your problem.

 

I had the same thing happen with Paint.NET, and after deleting a couple of registry keys, it was no longer in the Apps list.
