KBT42
I noticed that when I click on the applications tab of CCleaner EZ Antivirus is listed. I don't have EZ antivirus and have never used it. Can anyone tell me why it shows up?

lokoike
KBT42, have you used any EZ apps at all, or been on their website, or done anything that could possibly add EZ Antivirus to your registry? If I was you, I would go to Start > Run... and enter in regedit. Then hit Ctrl+F and do a search for EZ or EZ Antivirus, or something along those lines, and see if you can locate anything that doesn't belong, and manually remove it. This may fix your problem. I had the same thing happen with Paint.NET, and after deleting a couple of registry keys, it was no longer in the Apps list. Save a tree, eat a beaver. Save a tree, wipe with an owl. Every time a bell rings, a thread gets hijacked! ding, ding! Give Andavari lots of money and maybe even consider getting K a DVD-RW drive. If it's not Scottish, IT'S CRAP!!! Glenn
According to the CCleaner winapp.ini file, the registry key that triggers EZ Antivrus to be listed in the Applications list is: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\Anti-Virus
