vBender
Hi, i'm kinda new to using ccleaner but I was just wondering what logs does ccleaner exactly clean? And these logs are not even logs am i right? Because I looked at my Event Viewer logs after using CCleaner to delete "Windows Logs" and there were still entries. Thanks. P.S. If it doesn't clear Event Viewer Logs, could you guys maybe possibly add this in?
Moderators hazelnut Posted December 8, 2012 Moderators Share Posted December 8, 2012 Info on what CCleaner cleans can be found here http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/ccleaner-rules/windows-tab/system-files Doubtful if Event Viewer logs will be added in the near future. There are a lot of people, including myself, who feel they are far too useful for troubleshooting to wipe without people realising it had been done. You can regulate the size of your Event Viewer logs manually should you feel you want to.
