jtkd
Starting with version 2.10.413 if settings are saved to an .ini file UpdateCheck=0 is ignored and the program still tries to connect to the internet if UpdateKey=00000000 is more than 10 days old. Moderators Nergal Posted May 25, 2012 Moderators Share Posted May 25, 2012 is this 64 bit? ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Miroku4444
I'm getting this also. It displays an error warning regarding the automatic updates. I also save my settings to an ini file and have automatic updattes turned off. Windows XPSP3 Version 2.10.413 I experimented a little. I set update frequencey to zero, and it did the update error everytime i started defraggler. Then i set the update frequencey to 365, and it stopped. I should be good for a year i guess??
