jsvl2000
Hello, I'm trying to recover a lot of files of different types which disappeared on a specific partition of my HDD (windows 7) "thanks" to a sw problem in the windows backup program. I tried up to now with 2 data recovery sw, Stellar Phoenix Data recovery and Recuva. Both systems give me a list of the lost files, which seems relatively complete and correct. The problem is that, in both cases, after having recovered these files on an external disk, it appears that most of them are cannot be opened by the appropriate program (word, excel....) because they are unreadable. This applies as well to doc, docx, xls, pdf, jpg ..files. Can someone tell me what I could do to recover correct files? Thank you for the help.
