After using CCleaner I always get BSOD 20 minutes after

I use two times CCleaner and everytime I got the same thing, It is possible that the program is provoking this?

 

The error I got is this 0x000000f4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa8007e0b410, 0xfffffa8007e0b6f0, 0xfffff80002fc95f0).

You need to give more info.

 

What operating system and service pack are you using?

 

What version of ccleaner?

 

Were you doing a clean or a registry clean?

 

Did you save a Windows minidump? (be aware that ccleaner cleans these up by default so copy it somwhere like your desktop)

This problem occurs on a computer in which Windows XP or a later operating system is installed on a hard disk that is configured as a subordinate and no other device is connected to the same IDE controller channel (primary or secondary).

 

(I think it is unlikely that ccleaner is causing this)
