Moderators hazelnut Posted March 18, 2012 Moderators Share Posted March 18, 2012 You need to give more info. What operating system and service pack are you using? What version of ccleaner? Were you doing a clean or a registry clean? Did you save a Windows minidump? (be aware that ccleaner cleans these up by default so copy it somwhere like your desktop) Please read this Microsoft link and say if any of this applies to you. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/330100 0x000000F4 (0x00000003, Parameter2, Parameter3, Parameter4)Note Parameter2, Parameter3, and Parameter4 in the stop error may vary. This problem occurs on a computer in which Windows XP or a later operating system is installed on a hard disk that is configured as a subordinate and no other device is connected to the same IDE controller channel (primary or secondary). (I think it is unlikely that ccleaner is causing this) Support contact https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general or support@ccleaner.com
