I'm not sure I understand your question, could you elaborate?

 

How to configure CCleaner for an SSD?

 

sorry, yes for an ssd drive that i use for boot.

i see on ccleaner advanced options, and was wondering if any should me checked off.

 

i have a 64gb boot, and 1000gg for storage.

configure what? I don't understand the entire question

 

Do you mean the "run ccleaner when windows starts"? if so that has Nothing to do with your drive being SSD or HDD

 

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
