bruceas
I just ran CCleaner for Mac and it wiped out all of my Parallels virtual machines!!! If you're using Parallels Desktop on your Mac, DO NOT run CCleaner!!! (This is probably one of the most significant and destructive bugs I've ever encountered in any software product!) Moderators Nergal Posted June 10, 2011 Moderators Share Posted June 10, 2011 This Bug has been reported by you here http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=32722 Thus I will close this Thread ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
