iceclimb Posted November 13, 2010 Share Posted November 13, 2010 I try to install Defraggler 2.00.230 on Windows 2000 Professional SP4, the installer refuses - giving error: "Defraggler requires Windows XP or later." on the download page for Defraggler 2.00.230 -> click on "Help" under More information: -> click on "piriform.com/docs" -> click on "Introducing Defraggler" -> click on "System requirements" -> The first line says: "Defraggler will run on any PC running Microsoft Windows 2000 or later." Please reconcile: Is Defraggler 2.00.230 supposed to run on Windows 2000? (Installer error) Should the documentation say "Windows XP or later"? (Documentation error) Thank you. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
