Publish Snapshot - No url available

I have installed the Speccy V1.06.191 and I am trying to publish a snapshot of the computer information. After I click on the "Yes" to "Proceed with publish" the box opens up but does not give a url. The box just has a blinking cursor and does not have an type of url. Can anyone help me?

try to press the copy to clipboard button and paste in the browser address bar to see if there is indeed a address there. The not being able to type is normal as speccy should be generating an address (i.e http://speccy.piriform.com/results/Yp3Zng6QGNp2XudCSI8u5Ef ) it could be visual settings on your pc (conversly you could take a screen shot of what you are seeing)

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

I tried to "copy to the clipboard" but it would not allow me to paste anything (meaning nothing was available to copy). See the attached screenshot of the computer when I try to publish a snapshot. I have let the computer sit and try to come up with a url, however, it never changes. I have uninstalled the program and then reinstalled it and it still does this. I actually installed this program (from the same setup file) on my laptop and I am able to see a url when I publish a snapshot. What are your next thoughts?

The Developers may need you to run your speccy in debug mode. I'm not sure what is occuring here. They read all the threads so may comment. Please allow some time. Sorry I really am perplexed why this is occuring. Can you try the Portable Speccy and see if you get the same issue?

They read every thread.

Please run Speccy in debug mode, try to publish and post the debug log file to this thread.

to debug paste the following in the run box (including the " "

"c:\program files\speccy" /debug

where "c:\program files\speccy is where you installed speccy
