I think you've right clicked the CCleaner Installer, which is Version 2.0.0.0, and read it's properties.

 

That's the version number of the Installer, which is a container for the CCleaner files, not the Version Number of the CCleaner program it installs.

 

If that's what you've done, it's an easy mistake to do, and you won't be the first.

(replace ccleaner with Defraggler and 2 with 1)

 

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
