natsumerio
You guys know that Defraggler 1.21.209's download says that it is 1.0.0.0, right? You can fix that, right? --- This message was brought to you by honest version numbers.
Moderators Nergal Posted October 13, 2010 Moderators Share Posted October 13, 2010 Again it could be I think you've right clicked the CCleaner Installer, which is Version 2.0.0.0, and read it's properties. That's the version number of the Installer, which is a container for the CCleaner files, not the Version Number of the CCleaner program it installs. If that's what you've done, it's an easy mistake to do, and you won't be the first. (replace ccleaner with Defraggler and 2 with 1) ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Moderators DennisD Posted October 13, 2010 Moderators Share Posted October 13, 2010 I await the other Piriform software version observations. Is the Michael being extracted here I wonder?
