Can't do full defrag but does file defrag in V1.2

Defrag at about 85 - 95% crashes when doing a full defrag. No problem doing a File List with selected files cheched defrag. No Malware or Viruses present.

What Operating System are you using? Do you have everything up to date? Tried chkdsk before defragging?

 

Just a few shots in the dark.

Old system but it's baby sat to the max. Chkdsk found no issues.

Hi,

 

Can you please post the debug log (run Defraggler.exe with /debug option). After the crash, in the Defraggler directory, there should be also a file named exception.txt. Please attach it along with the debug log.
