when i start Speccy all i get is my graphic card and my operating system and all the rest are unknown system error:0x80041013 any ideas thanks docterdon

Can you list your operating system etc so when the devs read this they'll have some info to go on.

ITshow my operating system ms window xp home 32 bit sp 3 and it gives all my graphics it is a Dell every thing else gives me that error code call unknown system error:0x800401013

When i first used speccy it showed all my info. Now it shows my operating system: MS Windows XP Professional 32-bit sp3

for all the other info it shows: Unknown system error: 0x80041013.

Can anyone advise what the problem is?

I have just updated to version 1.02.156 and now I get the same problem as above. Before updating it worked perfectly, and correctly displayed all aspects of my system.

In addition to getting the 0x800401013 error for my optical drive, I get:

 

"No such interface supported" for CPU, RAM, Motherboard, Hard Drives, and Audio,

 

and

 

The correct information for Operating System and Graphics.

 

I have windows vista x64.
