NocturnalLunacy
I have no problem with CCleaner that I couldn't fix, but I was wondering how I could get CCleaner to include external hard drives or separate partitions in its scan for cleaning. Any suggestions. I've looked in settings and everywhere I could snoop and found no option.
Ishi
The Obvious way is simply Options > Include > Add then Browse for the drive you want to be included in the cleaning process and from there you can also specify which file types you want to be cleaned. Make sure you have the later versions of CCleaner so you can have this option but I am not sure if CCleaner is able to distinguish normal files from junk files inside external hard drives. I love computer maintenance tasks. Some of my favorite programs: Wordpad -basic word processing Notepad - temporary clipboard and basic scripting module Windows Media Player 12- video, music and online radio player Windows Media Center - live TV, local FM radio CCleaner- handy computer maintenance tool If something fails to work after using the registry cleaner, use SYSTEM RESTORE. Aethec
CCleaner can't clean anything on external hard drives, unless you are using an external drive to put folders like your profile or the temp folder. Piriform French translator
