technoluis
I used ccleaner wipe free space and it said it finished. But then i ran it again and it stated that there was still 70,000 mb to be removed just like the first time. Why is that? Moderators Augeas Posted December 4, 2009 Moderators Share Posted December 4, 2009 Because when you request wfs CC will overwrite all free space. When you next request wfs CC will do exactly the same thing again. I'm not sure what you mean by removed. Nothing is removed, just overwritten. Moderators Nergal Posted December 4, 2009 Moderators Share Posted December 4, 2009 yes free space cleaned or not clean is free space ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
