Download the zip file from here, and unzip it to "C:\Program Files\CCleaner". You'll then see Ashampoo as asterisked entries in CCleaner\Applications. I don't think Outpost is yet included. The only thing though is the winapp2.ini add-on isn't supported by Piriform since it was created by third party regular users such as ourselves, so that likely won't happen.
