thomrima
Hello, what does the percentage of defragmentation for a whole drive exactly mean? Why stay this value greater 0 (i.g. 23% ) after a complete drive defragmentation. This can't be all locked files from XP. Thanks in advance
Aethec
When you analyze, what are the files that are still fragmented ? pagefile.sys, hiberfile.sys, files beginning with a $ (like $MFT), files located in C:\System Volume Information\ ? thomrima
I think, I found the solution myself: If the drive has not enogh free space, it is impossible to defragment large files. I my case it was a 4GB USB stick that used 92 of its space. Thanks for the answer
