Somehow, a message appears from time to time stating that defraggler is running in the background. Why is it running in the background? how can I stop it? I would like to uninstall it and start all over but the system will not let me uninstall. A messages comes up: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. Also how are you trying to uninstall it?
